6.2 To receive delivery, users must provide a valid Steam trade URL and ensure their account satisfies all prerequisites, such as Steam Guard being enabled.

6.3 Standard delivery is completed within 10 calendar days; in exceptional circumstances, this may extend to 14 days.

6.4 Where delivery cannot be completed, users should contact our support team to discuss available resolutions.

6.5 The Platform bears no liability for delivery failures attributable to user error, incorrect account settings, or restrictions imposed on the user’s Steam account.

7. Selling and Withdrawals

7.1 Users listing items for sale must provide complete and accurate details; once a sale is completed, transfer of the item is mandatory.

7.2 Items remain under the seller’s control until a successful transaction has been concluded.

7.3 Failure to complete a transfer following a confirmed sale may result in account restrictions or suspension.

7.4 A platform transaction fee (e.g., 10%) may apply to completed sales.

7.5 Withdrawal Requirements

10. Refund Policy
